Terms and Conditions
Article (1): Definitions and Terms
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below, in a clear manner that shall not be subject to interpretation or construction other than as expressly stated herein:

The Application:
Means the electronic platform “Mission” (mobile application / website) which operates as an intermediary between the Client and the Professional. -
The Client:
Any natural person who uses and benefits from the Application to request services from Professionals. -
The Professional:
Any natural person who has created an account on the Application as an independent service provider. -
The User:
Means the Professional or the Client, being the parties who use the Mission Application and benefit from its services. -
The Task:
Any work, consultation, or service provided by the Professional to the Client through the Application. -
Application Management:
The entity that owns and operates the “Mission” Application. -
Arbitration:
An in-Application procedure through which either party (Professional / Client) may submit an objection regarding a matter that has given rise to a dispute between them, whereby the Application Management shall review the chat conversation within the Application and issue the proper decision in accordance with what was agreed between the parties prior to commencing performance of the Task. -
Chat:
A feature developed within the Application enabling both parties (Professional / Client) to communicate in order to determine the type, nature, value, and duration of the Task to be agreed upon. -
Application Commission:
The percentage deducted from the service value and payable to the Application Management in consideration of its intermediary and marketing role. -
Applicable Laws:
Means the laws and regulations governing this matter in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article (2): Scope of the Application and the Role of “Mission” as an Intermediary and Marketing Platform for Professionals

The “Mission” Application operates as a technical intermediary connecting Clients and Professionals and shall not be deemed a party to any service agreement concluded between the parties. The Application’s role shall be limited to providing the technical platform, collecting the commission, and managing related operational processes.

The Application does not provide any services directly; rather, it enables communication, conclusion of the agreement between the parties, and marketing of Professionals based on the skill or specialization under which they operate.
Article (3): Restrictions

Providing services through companies or institutions is not permitted.

The Professional must be an individual who satisfies the acceptance requirements.
Article (4): Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Use of the Application by all Users (Professional / Client) constitutes an acknowledgment that they have read and understood all articles, clauses, and provisions herein, with an understanding that does not admit interpretation or construction other than what is expressly stated, and that they have accepted the same by their own valid free will without pressure, insistence, or compulsion from any person, and they undertake to apply and comply with all provisions as set out herein.

The Application Management reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time.
Article (5): Amendments and Updates

The Application Management reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy at any time. Such amendments shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Application, and continued use of the Application after publication shall constitute implicit acceptance thereof.

The Application Management reserves the right to request updated documents from either party (Client / Professional) at any time.
Section Two: Terms of Use
Article (6): Account Registration and Obligations

The User (Client / Professional) shall provide true and accurate information when creating an account on the Application.

The User shall bear full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of login information and passwords.

The Application Management shall not be liable for any unauthorized use resulting from the User’s negligence in safeguarding the confidentiality of their data.
Article (7): Legal Eligibility to Use the Service
The User must have full legal capacity in accordance with the Applicable Laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Article (8): Use of the Service (Permitted and Prohibited)

The User (Client / Professional) undertakes to use the Application solely for lawful purposes in accordance with the Applicable Laws and instructions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any violation or breach shall be borne solely by the committing party, whether the Professional or the Client, and neither the Application Management nor the entity owning the Application nor any employee or official shall bear any liability whatsoever.

The Application Management reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions or the Usage and Privacy Policies published on the Application or the website.
The User is prohibited from:

Publishing any unlawful, abusive, or public-morals-violating content.

Using the Application for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

Attempting to hack, disrupt, disable, or interfere with the Application or its systems.
Article (9): Intellectual Property and Reserved Rights of the Mission Application

All content, trademarks, software, and designs included within the Application are owned by the Application Management and are protected under intellectual property laws.

Any use, copying, or republication of any part of the Application content without prior written permission from the Application Management is prohibited.
Article (10): Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Application Management does not warrant that the service will be continuously available or free from errors or interruptions.

The Application Management shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application.

In all cases, the liability of the Application Management shall be limited to the amount of commission received from the Task performed by the Professional.

The Application is a marketing intermediary and shall not be deemed a direct party to the agreement between the Client and the Professional.

The Application Management does not guarantee the quality of the service; rather, it guarantees fair mediation and arbitration procedures in the event of disputes.
Article (11): Verification and Data Updates

Verification of identity, data, and submitted documents shall be completed within a maximum period of three (3) business days.

The Professional undertakes to update their data in the Application upon any change.

Any falsification or submission of incomplete or incorrect data may result in account closure and legal proceedings.
Section Three: Relationship Between the Three Parties
Article (12): Rights and Obligations of the Client

The Client is entitled to request services from Professionals through the Application in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Client undertakes to provide true and clear information when requesting a Task.

The Client undertakes to pay the Task value and the commission due through the payment methods approved within the Application.

The Client is entitled to rate the Task after completion in accordance with the available rating system.
Article (13): Rights and Obligations of the Professional (Service Provider)

The Professional is entitled to offer their services through the Application in accordance with the controls determined by the Application Management.

The Professional undertakes to provide the agreed service with quality and professionalism within the specified time.

The Professional undertakes not to provide any misleading information or unrealistic promises to the Client.
-
The Professional is entitled to receive their financial dues after deduction of the commission due to the Application Management.
Article (14): The Role of “Mission” as an Intermediary and Disclaimer of Direct Liability for the Service

The role of the Application shall be limited to technical and administrative mediation between the Client and the Professional.

The Application shall not be responsible for the quality of the Task or the Professional’s compliance with its performance.
-
The Application shall not assume any legal obligations arising from the direct agreement between the Client and the Professional.

The Application Management shall have the exclusive right to review the agreement concluded between the Professional and the Client and to issue the arbitration decision based on what is specified in the in-app chat.

Any agreement concluded outside the Application chat shall not be recognized or considered.
Article (15): Payment Obligations and Commissions

The commission due to the Application shall be determined as a percentage of the Task value, as agreed in advance.

The User (Professional / Client) undertakes to pay all amounts through the payment channels approved within the Application.
-
The Application Management is entitled to hold the agreed amount until completion of the Task or issuance of an arbitration decision.
Article (16): Financial Transfers to Professionals

Transfers shall be permitted after confirmation of completion of the Task.

The Professional’s dues shall not be transferred if the Task is referred to arbitration, except upon issuance of the arbitration decision.

The Professional’s dues shall be transferred within seven (7) business days unless force majeure applies.
Article (17): Commission Deducted from the Professional

A commission of 23% shall be deducted by the Application Management.
-
A service fee of SAR 2 shall be deducted.
-
VAT at 15% shall be added to the invoice issued to the Client.
Article (18): Cancellation, Refund, and Dispute Policy

Either party may cancel prior to approval without fees.
-
The Client may cancel within five (5) minutes subject to assessment.
-
The Professional may cancel within five (5) minutes subject to compensation assessment.
-
No cancellation is allowed after five (5) minutes from acceptance.
-
Refunds shall be processed within fifteen (15) business days.
-
Disputes shall be resolved through in-app arbitration based on chat records.
-
Arbitration decisions shall be final and binding.
-
Parties may escalate to competent Saudi authorities if amicable resolution fails.
